Since 2006, JumpStart Computing has provided quality on-site PC and Mac repair and servicing at affordable prices. Our personal attention by knowledgeable technicians will put your mind at ease as we handle your computer needs. We operate in the greater metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. We also cover the D.C. metropolitan Maryland and Northern Virginia areas.
JumpStart Computing will provide the services you need within your budget. We handle calls at a flat rate of $79 per hour, no matter what the task or how many tasks are being performed simultaneously, unlike some competitors who bill à la carte. Our rates are 20% less than our competitors! Plus, we offer an additional 20% off for first-time service calls.
Does your business need an ongoing commitment of support for a smaller investment? Do you need a longer-than-normal service call? We offer prepaid contracts in 5 hour blocks at 20% off the normal hourly rate. Lock-in a low hourly rate with our prepaid package! Handy for big jobs like installing new computers, transferring data to the new computer from the old computer, and installing and testing printers and networking, along with configuring email programs and installing anti-virus and Microsoft Office programs. It’s also convenient for reduced payments for tutoring in one-hour classes over multiple visits.
We offer virus removal services, fix networking problems, and reconfigure PCs to get the optimum speed from them. We configure phones and tablets, too. If you have a computer problem, we can handle it!
